Organisation Structure

The organisation at the plant is based around production entities known as Integrated Process Teams (IPTs) and Centres of Excellence (CoEs). Currently there are two IPTs in place, each based around a separate factory building. Each IPT is responsible for the production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) through the full supply chain cycle from planning, procurement, manufacture, maintenance and testing through to shipping the final product to our customers. A third IPT will be created when the new Formulation facility comes on line. Centres of Excellence are departments which provide the necessary support to the IPTs. A list of those departments is provided below.
