Unit Operations; PSV Sizing; PSL Lab Safety ; Project Management ; Analytical Problem Solving; DCS- Process Control; PI / PDMS; Process Safety

Phase 2
DEVELOPMENT TRAINING
Advanced Compliance Training; Financial Systems; Auditing; Teamwork; Individual Employee Development Plan
ON THE JOB DEVELOPMENT
Involvement in projects of increasing complexity; Rotational Project Opportunities as applicable; Validation Team member; Project Management; Assignment s to other sites

TECHNICAL TRAINING
New Technology; Conferences/ Exhibitions; Plant Operations Validation

Phase 3
TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

Major Project Assignments in other Merck Locations; Specialist Development as Applicable
SPECIALIST TRAINING/EDUCATION
Post Graduate Development: - Dip, M.Sc., Ph.D.,
TECHNICAL/PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Liaison with Technical Institutes; Individual Development Plan
ROTATIONAL ASSIGNMENTS
